Murphy, Rita; at Saugeen Valley Nursing Centre, Mount Forest on Friday June 13, 2008. Rita Gertrude (Burke) Murphy of Mount Forest in her 84th year. Beloved wife of the late John Murphy. Loved mother of John Murphy & wife Betty of RR #4, Mount Forest. Loving grandmother of Curtis Murphy of RR #4, Mount Forest & friend Angilene and Christa Murphy of London. Dear sister of John Burke of Minto Township and sister-in-law of Estelle Burke of Waterloo. Predeceased by brothers Leonard Burke and Joe Burke and sisters Marie Thoume, Madelline Phelan and Margaret Molto. Also, survived by her many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Hendrick Funeral Home, Mount Forest on Monday from 7:00 to 9:00p.m. A Prayer Vigil will be held on Monday at 7:00p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary of the Purification Church, Mount Forest on Tuesday June 17th at 11:00a.m. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
