Condolences
Ellie - so sorry to hear that Murray passed away. I will always remember the good times at the poker club and still recall the evening of Grant's funeral when you "quit smoking". Unfortunately I was on a trip out west from July 2nd to 23rd. and regret that I was not available when you needed me for the service. It's a difficult time, but I hope that you are coping well.
— Bob Adams, January 1, 2010Mrs. Ray, I just found out about Murray and I am sorry to hear of his passing. I guess your Bridge Club is ALMOST all Widows now... Peter, Jane and Paul, again I am sorry to hear about your dad. I will always remember him and all of you from my days cleaning the chicken barns. Oh...and from school of course!
— Scott Moore, January 1, 2010Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Gary and Sheila MacEachern
— Gary and Sheila MacEachern, January 1, 2010We are so sorry to hear that you have lost a loved one so dear. We offer our heartfelt condolences and if you need our help in any way please do not hesitate to ask. May happy memories replace the sorrow in your heart.
— Tom & Marion Donnelly, January 1, 2010When my father died, I was barely 17 and my mother decided that we would work together with the insurance business. Murray would take the time periodically to have a short chat, and in those early days sometimes he would say "If you ever need somebody to talk to, call me." I always felt that his interest was genuine, and for me, he was a role model of a sincere, hard-working gentleman.
