Rooney Joseph; passed away Wednesday April 21st, 2010 at the Foothills Medical Centre, Calgary Alberta. Joseph Rooney in his 77th year. Beloved husband of Linda Rooney. Loving father of Patricia Brogna, Helen Kelly, Moira Saganski, Katheryn Young and Sean Rooney. Step father of Bill Baldwin and Jennifer Suetter. Grandfather of twelve and great grandfather of one. Remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by son David in infancy, Irene Rooney, Bernice Rooney, sister Molly Perrott and brother Bernard Rooney. A funeral service was held in Calgary on April 26th, 2010. A service of remembrance will be held in Ontario at a later date. Memorial donations to St. Mary's Parish Family Centre, St. Andrews Presbyterian Church Building Fund or to the charity of one 's choice would be appreciated by the family.
