Eileen Snyder

Eileen Snyder, passed away peacefully at Caressant Care Nursing Home, Harriston on Thursday July 18th, 2013. Eileen (Rae) Snyder was in her 100th year. Beloved wife of the late William Snyder. Dear mother of Warren Snyder and wife Elizabeth of Etobicoke. Loving grandmother of Christopher Snyder and wife Stacey Polonicoff of Oakville, and Elizabeth Snyder of Toronto, and great-grandmother of William and Ethan Snyder of Oakville. Remembered by her nieces and nephews, and their families. Predeceased by her parents Alexander and Mary Rae, and brothers Wesley, Ed, Cecil, and Bert Rae, and sisters Jennie Gilstorf, Minnie Ross, Ella Hunt, Myrtle Ghent, and Ruby Case. Cremation has taken place. Friends may call at the England Funeral Home, Mount Forest on Saturday July 27th from 2:00 to 4:00p.m. A private family service will be held with inurnment at Mount Forest Cemetery. The family appreciates the support provided to mother by the caring staff at Caressant Care Nursing Home during her years there. Memorial donations to a charity of one's choice would be appreciated.
