Edward “Ed” Robert White
WHITE, Edward “Ed” Robert – Unexpectedly due to a massive stroke at the Louise Marshall Hospital on Sunday, May 2, 2021 at the age of 82.  Beloved husband of Jeanette Kiedyk White, preciously together for 41 years.  Loving father of Brenda (Joe) Duguay, Mark (Paulette) White, Glenn White (Mel Collicott), and Dean (Kim) Bedwell.  Cherished Grandpa of many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Survived by his brother Richard (Ollen) White.  Predeceased by two brothers and two sisters.  Ed’s most precious gift was his love for others which he gave freely.  He always had a smile on his face and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.  Cremation has taken place and a private interment will be held in Springcreek Cemetery, Mississauga.  Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Ed are asked to consider the Heart & Stroke Foundation.  Arrangements entrusted to the England Funeral Home, Mount Forest.

Jeannette & family, So sad to read the sudden passing of Ed. We got to know you as across the road neighbours of mom & dad. They enjoyed your friendship, and mom was sad when you sold the farm & moved to Mt Forest. Ed & dad enjoyed helping each other out on the farms. We recently found a VHS tape circa 1997 & watched it with Chandler. You recorded the haying process & the Silent Valley Park Christmas in July parade and a Ayton parade, plus all the commentary you provided, It was so nostalgic. That VHS now has more meaning to us. Cherish the memories .

Our heartfelt condolences to Jeanette and family. It was always a treat to talk with Ed about anything, His stories of his working life and experiences were always interesting and often humorous. His recounting of the sailing adventures he and Jeanette shared were priceless. We miss you Ed and we will cherish your memory forever. Rest in peace, my friend. Jim and Jane
