Terrance Edward McCabe of Mount Forest, passed away peacefully with his family by his side at Louise Marshall Hospital, Mount Forest on Wednesday, March 15th, 2017 in his 85th year. Beloved husband of Stella (Mulhall) McCabe. Dear father of Patricia Parsons (Don) of Kitchener, Marilyn McCabe-Acheson (Chris Acheson) of RR#2, Mount Forest, Theresa Brownson (Matt) of RR#4, Arthur, Rose Groothuis (Jim) of Baden, Dorothy McCabe (Janek Jagiellowicz) of Wellesley, Janice McCabe (Tony Barrina) of RR#1, Moorefield and Steven McCabe (Kaylyn) of Kenilworth. Loving grandfather of William, Rebecca, Derick, Janine, Jacob, Jesse, Amanda, Justiene (Greg Cameron), Zoe, Tessa, Emma and Aiden. Great-grandfather of Gracelyn Cameron. Terry is also survived by his in-laws, Father Gerald Mulhall, Eileen (Bolen) Murray, Lou Mulhall, Myrtle Gorman, Dora Mulhall and Georgina Mulhall. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Terry was predeceased by his parents, Patrick and Lena (Herriot) McCabe, his sister Rita McCabe, his brothers Dennis McCabe (Annie), twin infant brothers Joseph and James McCabe and Father Frank McCabe, his in-laws, Helen and Pat Rice, Pat Mulhall, Bill Mulhall, Vince Bolen, Donna Mulhall and Jim Gorman. Friends may call at the England Funeral Home, Mount Forest on Tuesday, March 21st, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Kenilworth on Wednesday at 11 a.m. Besides requests for Masses, donations can be made to Sacred Heart, Kenilworth Cemetery Fund, St. Mary’s Parish, Mount Forest Cemetery Fund or the Louise Marshall Hospital Foundation. They can be made through the England Funeral Home, Mount Forest.
