Verna B. Weber passed away peacefully on July 25th, 2017 at Louise Marshall Hospital, Mount Forest in her 50th year. Verna Weber was the beloved wife of Cleon B. Weber. Loving mother of Darlene, Dwayne and Dorothy, all at home. Sister of Eldon and Lena Frey, Alice and Lester Wideman, Howard and Anna Frey all of RR#1, Mount Forest, James Frey of RR#1, Waterloo and Elsie and Laverne Bauman of RR#5, Belleville. Daughter-in-law of Tilman and Lucinda Weber of RR#1, St. Jacobs. Sister-in-law of Erma and Delton Martin of RR#1, Holstein, Laverne and Erma Weber, Eldon and Elaine Weber, Laura and Andrew Martin all of RR#6, Mount Forest, Marvin and Rhoda Weber, Leroy and Rosanne Weber of RR#1, St. Jacobs, Lester and Marlene Weber of RR#1, Mount Forest, Wilma and Wilfred Sauder of RR#5, Mount Forest and Mary and Willard Shantz of RR#4, Mount Forest. Predeceased by her parents Sidney and Elsie (Burkhart) Frey and sister-in-law Laurene Frey. Friends may call at the home of Cleon Weber, 9774 Hwy 6, South, RR#5, Mount Forest, on Friday from 1 – 5 and 6 – 8 p.m. and on Saturday from 1 – 6 p.m. Funeral services will be held at her home on Sunday at 1 p.m. then to Meadowside Mennonite Church for burial in the adjoining cemetery with further services to follow.
