ZEINSTRA, Jacobus Theodorus “Jack” – Passed away unexpectedly at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Walkerton, on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at the age of 66.
Cherished husband of Beth Zeinstra for 42 years. Loving Dad of Angela Zeinstra (Rhys Benbow), Teresa Zeinstra (Devon Jessome), and Matt Zeinstra. Adored Grandpa “Bubba Louie” of Myles and Owen Benbow, and Baby Jessome due in May. Dear brother of Brent (Mary Lynn), Grace (Kim) Lennox, Maria Zeinstra-Dye (Mike Dye), Maurice, and Brian (Jenny); son-in-law of Marybelle and John Nanninga; and brother-in-law of Marcel DeClerk. Lovingly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and their families, the Nanninga family, and many dear friends. Predeceased by his parents Maurits and Catharina, sister Margaret DeClerk, and brother Dirk.
Jack never did anything halfway, and he never did anything quietly. He put his heart and soul into every project, no matter how big or small. He had many interests and passions and was most proud of being a pilot. Over the years he and Beth shared numerous adventures together, travelling across Canada in the planes he built with his own hands. Jack’s memory will live on through his family and he will never be forgotten.
A come and go celebration of Jack's life will be held at the Neustadt Community Hall, 183 Enoch Street, Neustadt on Sunday, March 1st from 1:00-4:00 p.m. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Jack are asked to consider the Neustadt and District Lions Club or Hope Air. Donations and online condolences may be made at www.englandfuneralhome.com

To Jack's family. We were happy customers of Jack's over the years. The advice he gave us was always so wise and knowledgeable - he knew his stuff!!!! We would like to send out deepest condolences to Jack's family and community. He will be missed.
— Jackie Ralph, February 3, 2026Dear Beth and family, we wish to send our heartfelt sympathy as we learn of Jack’s passing. We think of recently at the Lions Partners dinner when we had dinner at the same table as you two and likewise at the time of the Neustadt Lions celebrating being Chartered 50 years there also we visited with you at the same table over dinner. It is at times like this when memories go into gear and when I (Harry) read the name Nanninga it immediately took me back forty or fifty years ago when I was at the Nanninga farm looking at or wanting to purchase dairy heifers.
