Margaret Evelyn McLean
January 19, 2025
McLEAN, Margaret Evelyn – Peacefully at her home on Sunday, January 19, 2025 in her 77th year. Beloved wife of Morley McLean for 56 years. Loving mother of Gary (Linda), Doriann Seifried (Ken), Dean, Darren (Lori), and Derek (Melanie). Dear grandmother of Eric, Shea-Lynn, Cassidy, Amber, Veronika, Emily, Matthew, Noah, Travis, and Tyler. Margaret will be missed by her sister Mary Montgomery (late Jack), her large extended family including her in-laws, nieces, nephews, and many friends. She is predeceased by her parents Joseph & Mary Noonan, and her siblings: Helen Grimes (Clarence), Peter Noonan, Gerald Noonan, John Noonan, and Catherine O’Donnell (Bert).
Margaret was the family’s number one fan in the grandstands, always cheering on the McLean Racing Team. She enjoyed farming to the fullest, while loving and nurturing her family. She loved camping, gardening, Bingo nights, math, campfires and her 920 “Pony Power Tractor.” But above all, she loved family gatherings, creating and sharing memories that will last a lifetime. She was loved, and will be missed by all.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary of the Purification Roman Catholic Church, 310 Parkside Drive, Mount Forest, on Thursday, January 23rd at 11:00 a.m. Immediately following Mass, in lieu of other visitation, all are invited to the church hall for a time of reception and fellowship. Spring interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, Mount Forest. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Margaret are asked to consider Cancer Patient Services, Mount Forest.

— Darlene Rivers, January 21, 2025Morley and children and grandchildren.
My deepest condolences on the passing of a beloved wife and mother and grandmother.
I didn't know you all personally but well but enjoyed meeting and briefly chatting with her at times at a track or two where I was the flagman.
She was always friendly and never to critical about the job I did that evening.
That fairness and kindness she instilled in her children and they represented that well at any track they raced at.
Wishing you all strength in these trying days and comfort for the days ahead as you move on and will miss her terribly.
A special lady has gone to be with the Lord sorry for your loss to the family Joe and Doreen

Rest easy, Aunt Margaret. You will be sorely missed. I bet that’s one epic bingo game going on up there right now. I can almost hear the laughter from here.
Sleep well.
Rest in peace my dear cousin. Will miss that wonderful sense of humour. Sincere sympathy to all the family and friends of which she had many..
