Murray was born and raised in Ayton, Ontario. He was the owner operator of Silent Valley Park in Ayton and Silent Valley RV World in Mount Forest. In addition, he raised cattle and pigs on the family farm. Murray was a lover of all things nature and would feed the deer and birds that were frequent visitors to his backyard. Mrs. C. Lembke and family
I’ve known Murray Lembke since I was young man and became best friends with his son. We used to work with Murray on odd jobs at the farm or in the park and I remember how unique Murray was and couldn’t help thinking how amazing it is to be able to build a 500 acre campground with ponds and waterfalls streams through the woods, a pro swimming pool, a lodge made from logs and mortar and a man made lake with an island
I still call that lake “Murray’s Lake” to this day. He was an incredible man, an incredible father and a great guy who loved a really good joke. That’s what I remember most about Murray his smile and his laugh and the nice smell of his pipe tobacco. He was a patient man. A Man of God. An example for us all.
Rest easy, Murray you will be missed
We send our heartfelt sympathy to Rosalyn and family and are remembering happy times spent together at Eddie’s many years ago. ❤️
