— Guye & Marcia Breedon, September 10, 2023Sending my deepest condolences Garry. I hope the many good memories you have of your Dad will comfort you in the days ahead. Rest in peace Woody; you will be missed.
Auntie Bonnie
I have so many fond memories of my Uncle Lorne(Uncle Eddie). He was such a sweet, funny, caring, laid back farmer boy. We had many talks and laughs over the years and I will miss him terribly. He is with Auntie Barb and my mom now. Love you Uncle Lorne
— Paula, September 7, 2023Lorne was a reliable helper over the past several years at the Community Pantry. You could know that the cardboard would be neatly tied and delivered with the garbage to the curb. Lorne was a quiet person who could surprise you with a story or comment.
— Marg Rapp, September 6, 2023Lorne Bell was a gentle soul. You could tell that he doted on his late wife, Barb, by the way he never failed to chuckle at her jokes or quietly echo her more amusing remarks. There were no expectations or judgments in his presence; he just accepted you as you were. We would always watch the Calgary Flames games to see if we could catch a glimpse of his unmistakeable red hair out by the penalty box. Rest in peace, Uncle Woody. Deepest sympathies to his son, Garry.
— Kelly McGuire, September 6, 2023My condolences to Lorne’s family and friends.
His quiet, efficient way at the Mt. Forest Community Pantry will certainly be missed.
