We send sincere condolences to Our dear friend Lil and all her family. We pray that all the memories will help each of you through the days ahead. I know that our memories of Ken will be in our hearts for ever and the love of your family will linger on.
It's difficult to condense a friendship such as ours has been. We know Ken as an honest, sincere, helpful, teasing, and very funny individual.
We danced, shared special horse events, Birthdays , Anniversaries, day trips. Long trips. We laughed and kibitzed and teased. We worked many times doing wood, making syrup trimming hooves braiding manes. Shared meals and card games. How can it take half an hour to play one hand of cards? We could do that and forget this turn it is then if he
won that hand he'd say" how'd you like that "and laugh.
I could spend hours doing my hair and as soon as Ken got the chance he'd stick his paw in and muss it up.
Then if we forget something well Ken just comes out with it. "Cheer up it gets worser. "Well Ken it doesn't get worser this time. It sure will be different for all of us who loved you.
It is with a heavy heart that we will have to say Rest in Peace and shake up the Angels Ken.
Lil and family you are all in our thoughts and prayers.
Love Don and Shiela and all of our family.

We have good memories of Ken coming into the backyard to see what we were doing. We would get him a chair and he said he liked to sit and watch someone else do all the work. Farm stories in the driveway were also good.
