Condolences
Donna, I am so sorry to learn of Joe's death. It is so sudden that I am at a loss of words. My condolences, sympathy and prayers to you and the boys. I remember how involved you and Joe are in the parish and how you planned activities to bring us together as a parish family. I really appreciated your support and all the good work that you were doing. Please know that I remember Joe in my prayers and Masses. I also remember you and your family in your time of grief and sorrow. Joe will be sadly missed by the community especially the parish of St. Mary of the Purification. It is good to understand that death cannot and does not separate us from those whom we love. Jesus Christ the Redeemer has conquered death and I am certain that His arms were open with love for Joe. he was a good friend. Know that God continues to walk with you in your loss and your sorrow. If there is anything that I can do to ease your burden of sorrow please do not hesitate to contact me. In prayer and faith I remain, Fr Murray

The whole Extended family too. It is never easy loosing a loved one and you of all people know that. We are on Santa Maria island right now and not back till nov 9th. Please know that truly our hearts are with you all and we are sending up prayers to God to give you strength to get through this. I hope this scripture gives you comfort. John 5:24-26 Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life. “Truly, truly, I say to you, an hour is coming, and is now here, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear will live. For as the Father has life in himself, so he has granted the Son also to have life in himself. Sending our love across the wires, Helga and Tony
