Condolences
Mrs Bond, Valerie and Sandy, my thoughts are with you at this very difficult time. My memories of all of you fill me with smiles. Burwash was a long time ago but I remember my good friends very handsome father who was always so nice to us (except when my sister forgot he was driving us home from the Y dance and he waited forever for her...): He was a very special man and I will always remember him fondly.
— Joyce (Doucet) Hatt, October 19, 2011Dear Bea: I just learned of Mr. Bond's passing today. The girls and I are thinking of you and your family at this difficult time. — Alice Bolton, October 19, 2011We heard through Polly that you recently lost your Father. We are sorry. As we all get older, sickness & death play bigger roles in our lives. But some how we always find the strength to push on. Our thoughts are with all of you. Love Eleen & Edward
— Eleen & Edward Gutzmman (Argo), October 18, 2011Aunt Bea, So glad we had that visit with you, Uncle Ernie, Chuck and Cal. I will forever treasure that - thank you! And as Brenda so aptly said, 'Aunt Bea you are so lovely, may God give you peace and strength at this time knowing Uncle Ernie is in the loving embrace of Jesus and also his siblings and parents.' Our thoughts and prayers are with you all, Love, Candy.
— Candace (& Ron) Pyette (a.k.a. 007), October 17, 2011Dear Aunt Bea, Sandra and Valerie, My dad just called with the news of Uncle Ernies' passing. Please accept my deepest sympathy at your loss. My mom had the deepest love for her big brother and my dad has the utmost respect for him. My mom told me of her wonderful visit and conversation with Uncle Ernie in Sault Ste Marie before her passing and Uncle Ernie told me the same story. I will always remember that conversation with him. I always thought of Uncle Ernie as elegant with those warm piercing Bond eyes like my mom. Aunt Bea you are so lovely, may God give you peace and strength at this time knowing Uncle Ernie is in the loving embrace of Jesus and also his siblings and parents. love to you all brenda
— Brenda Currie Uithuisje, October 17, 2011What a wonderful full life. He really did most things "His Way" but always with Bea's blessing. Such a gentle man. Heaven will be a fun place for him. Our love to all.
— Polly and Bill, October 17, 2011Sandy, Valerie, Bea and families: Just received word from Rebecca and you know how sorry we are. We have fond memories of the euchre games with Ernie and Bea at Sandy and Dennis's home. Ernie was a sweet gentle man and your memories of him will uplift you each day.
