Florence Gillespie

Condolences
I am deeply saddened by the passing of your Mother & Grandmother. I will always remember Florence fondly and feel lucky that I had the pleasure of knowing her. Some people come into our lives, leave footprints on our hearts, and we are never the same. She was that wonderful person to me. I lost a friend but truly believe that we gained a Angel in heaven. My sincere sympathy.

— Diane Dineen, June 27, 2015We were former neighbours. She was a lovely lady, so warm and friendly! We wandered with her through her natural flower garden one day and she pointed out the names of each plant. We often saw her there! Florence took a real shine to our daughter who was 11 or 12.and would drop by a small gift or keepsake. When we would see her down town she would always stop for a chat. She would pass along a hug and kiss. Even though we had moved across town, she phoned a couple times to say hello and also to send congratulationsI to our daughter when she married and later when she had her first baby! It was a pleasure to know her!
— Chuck and Carol Armstrong, June 27, 2015Dear Alisanne, Kyle and Ryan, What a wonderful friend your Mother/Grandmother was to me. When Rob was ill living in Alberta as well as Ontario she always phoned to see how we were doing. We always prayed together every night before her stroke and will always be remembered for her love for God and others. She loved her church and Bible Study but will never forget her love for Rob when we came home from the west sending me flowers and always raspberries., going for drives, Prime Timers and celebrating birthdays together every year. We missed this year but she understood and there are no words can I say how much I will miss her. I loved my friend Florence. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. God Bless Isabel Primmer
