Condolences

It's been a long time since the first time we met Bill. Probably one of the better things that happened to us. Although we probably didn't realize it at the time. There was never a time that we saw him upset, never a time that we saw him ungrateful for the things he had. Bill always had a kind word for anyone he met and a wealth of knowledge. We can honestly say that we are better people for having known him. We are certainly going to miss him dropping by, or being able to pop into his place to see where he's been and what he's been up to. There's going to be some skinny Blue Jays around Holstein now that he's gone! Bill, I know you're reading this... Thank you for the wisdom you shared, the kindness you taught and the lessons we learned. Our kids learned many things from you that we couldn't teach without the life experience you had. We will love you always and never, in a million years will we ever forget you. Rest in Paradise, we will meet again...someday, somehow. xxoo

Bill is missed here in our lil community. I only just got to know him the past year, but he touched my life. He would drop anything in his hands to greet & hug my ol lab Willow. They adored each other & I'm sure she is missing him also. My sincere condolences to all of you, as you say goodbye to a sweet man.

I work at the Holstein General store, and every morning Bill would come in at 8am and tell me a joke and a story of his life about his family and his memories. I'm glad I met Bill he made me laugh and I enjoyed his company. His visits are missed. Bill seemed to have lived a full life and had so many stories to tell, I am sure he touched many lives in different ways. RIP my dear friend Bill!
