Condolences
To the Houston Family: We just returned from being out of the country and learned of Andy's passing. We would have attended the service to honour Andy's memory had we not been away. Although we did not work with Andy directly, our paths crossed on many occassions while on the job. We admired his strength, courage and humour at a most difficult time. But they seemed to be a good match. He was a well respected officer and a very special man. He always had time to drop by your desk for a chat and even after I retired he had time to talk.
