— Valerie DeMarco, December 3, 2020Great man, well respected in aviation by his peers and the many students that he taught over the years. I first met Glen in 1995 when he returned to Canada from his tour of the Middle East and was hired by employer as an instructor. In 1998 I assisted him in getting his training organization approved. We worked together until 2019 when he sold his business. I have fond memories of many weekends fishing and repairing the cottage during those first years after he purchased it. Many memorably weekends with his family and friends until the time that I was no longer able to visit. Now speaking about his first mate Lillian. Many years ago my wife and I were at Lillian's house getting our hair done, during conversation, Lillian mentioned that she would like to meet someone new. I mentioned that I had a friend that enjoyed fishing and had a boat. She showed some interest and told me to tell her more. I mentioned that he had a cottage. She said to me that she wanted to meet this man as she enjoyed fishing and cottage life. My wife and I had them both join us for dinner at a local restaurant by the airport and the boat owner met his fist mate. The rest is history. I will dearly miss him. Gabe
